I have been with Lisa at Proactive since my son was very very small. She was able to help me through a lightless dull looking baby who was ALWAYS in pain and helped turn him into a happy, expressive, pain free child. I am so beyond thankful for Lisa and the team. I couldn’t say ENOUGH good things about the entire staff and building. When he first came he had very minimal movement and was extremely tense. Now he’s back on track and even shown some impressive improvement thanks to Lisa’s help.
Suzie had worked with our little guy since he was almost two or three years old. He is almost 12 now. She is hands down the best PT and human being alive. We knew that when she started ProActive Pediatric Therapy it would be the best pediatric therapy place in Eastern Iowa. We can confidently say it is. When my newborn daughter was having trouble taking a bottle, I requested a referral to Proactive. I was on the brink of some postpartum blues, stressing about taking care of two other children and making sure my daughter was feeding adequately. As a therapist myself, I knew something wasn’t right, but wanted to be particular about who I chose to treat my daughter. Over the years we have worked with Suzie, Kassi, and now Nicole. Each experience was absolutely fantastic- they all went above and beyond for my children. They truly make you feel like you are their priority, and they are extremely attentive and responsive to questions over email between sessions. They are very collaborative within their office to give you the best care, and they are collaborative with our other care providers.
