I hired Proactive Painting this summer to work on painting the outside and inside of my entire home before listing it for sale. The exterior went from forest green with a white front door to light gray with a black front door. There were varying colours in the rooms inside. I am extremely pleased with the work that Proactive did at my home. I couldn't be happier. Every person I dealt with was was professional and very pleasant to deal with. The work was done on time and was exactly as promised. Mike the lead painter on the job was very patient with my questions and and small requests for extras (like painting a mailbox to match the house)One area of my exterior paint job was missed because of miscommunication by me. The overall product at the end was satisfactory, but the process to get there was ridiculous. I had to send several emails to have the job finished properly. Never before in my life have I had to pay the full amount of the job in order to have someone come back to finish the project.
We hired Proactive to paint the interior of our house, after having a number of companies come to discuss the work to be done and give us estimates. Krista set the positive vibe right from the beginning when she came to the house and discussed paint and colors with me. When an issue arose she dealt with it as quickly as possible and most professionally . The painters we had in the house were proficient and respectful. I would recommend Proactive Painting, and have already done so, to others .
