I attended weekly pelvic floor physical therapy for approximately 5 weeks and was very committed to my treatment, despite having a long 50 minute commute each way and a busy medical/work schedule. I recently started another medical treatment that requires regular appointments on Thursdays, Because of this, I needed to move my physical therapy appointments to Fridays instead. I love the therapist there, they have helped me out a lot. Ive called four days in a row all different times to schedule more appointments and the receptionists haven't called me back, ive left messages for call back and nothing. Seems like the only people who do their jobs are the therapists.

Every therapist and assistant are incredible. They have provided excellent care and made even the pain tolerable. I recommend the clinic to anyone who needs physical therapy.

The specialist are amazing kind and friendly. Today I had made a comment to a client I bring to physical therapy, the care coordinator over heard and said we are behind today. Now it was that, that had bugged me it was what happened after that. Herself and the other receptionist started talking about the comment I had made and rudely under their breaths. I think it unprofessional and they could have waited until we left. I have seen this happen more than once. Them talking about clients to each other.

My husband and I have been using this clinic since 2018. Everyone we have worked have help us with our needs. Pan Zhang and staff are professional and caring !
