Proactive was a great experience! Thanks to Jessie first time in, he knew exactly what I needed and in just a short time, I was back on my feet feeling 100 percent better. People were nice, but I only saw a PT the first time I went in. I was hopeful but the next two visits I ended up doing random exercises while assistants ignored me. Nothing was explained, no assessments were done and the time was spent piddling around. The real kicker was the vague cost per visit where they have you pay up front and then have you finish what insurance doesn't cover. It was my first time going to a PT so I gave it a couple chances but left when I spent 100 dollars to do leg presses in the corner. I have since... read more

I hadn't been able to use my stationery bike for months due to lower back pain. I saw Kevin Pust at Salmon Creek. In no time he had me back riding my bike with no back pain. I was very pleased with the environment and especially with the results. I would highly recommend Proactive Physical Therapy.
