The specialist are amazing kind and friendly. Today I had made a comment to a client I bring to physical therapy, the care coordinator over heard and said we are behind today. Now it was that, that had bugged me it was what happened after that. Herself and the other receptionist started talking about the comment I had made and rudely under their breaths. I think it unprofessional and they could have waited until we left. I have seen this happen more than once. Them talking about clients to each other.
My husband and I have been using this clinic since 2018. Everyone we have worked have help us with our needs. Pan Zhang and staff are professional and caring !
Proactive was a great experience! Thanks to Jessie first time in, he knew exactly what I needed and in just a short time, I was back on my feet feeling 100 percent better. No pain more flexibility and stability the atmosphere at proactive was great relaxed and friendly will go back if I needed Thank you all Chris
People were nice, but I only saw a PT the first time I went in. I was hopeful but the next two visits I ended up doing random exercises while assistants ignored me. Nothing was explained, no assessments were done and the time was spent piddling around. The real kicker was the vague cost per visit where they have you pay up front and then have you finish what insurance doesn't cover. It was my first time going to a PT so I gave it a couple chances but left when I spent 100 dollars to do leg presses in the corner. I have since... read more
