This property management company took over a rental I had been living at for several years. They pretty quickly ensured some older needed maintenance was completed and they were very easy to work with and communicate with. I moved out a few months later and that process was quick and painless. Would definitely look at a property managed by them again.
They take your application fee and go ghost. Would stay away!!
