I had policies with many different agents and they did not press me to make sure I renewed on time. Now that I have Proactive managing more of my policies I will have an agency that stays Proactive and not let my coverage lapse.

I gave them my business for a new homeowners insurance policy. I never contacted them until about 15 months later with a question and to make enhancements to the policy. Despite leaving four messages with the office, Proactive would never return my call. I tried email as well but no difference.
