I was a first time home buyer (condo) Jeff De Simone was quick to schedule right away and took his time with the inspection. He was easy to reach, average great rate- some were slightly more expensive, loved that he came by the second time to recheck if the repairs were done after the initial inspection, nice friendly guy! The only thing I would say was a mis sight on his end was the inspection on the fridge.
