Been going to proactive health for along time. Greg and his team are the only people I trust to adjust my back given I have a spinal fusion. Always leave feeling way better then I did before and that I can run a marathon. Shirley who does massage is amazing and I love how she has a lazor. This helps release tension on my neck a lot. I was having back and neck issues that other chiropractors couldn’t solve, and Dr Uchacz fixed me right up. I also had an appointment with Max for massage therapy, and it was really good to experience someone who was assessing and adjusting the treatment as necessary, rather than just going through the motions.
Met Dr. Uchacz at the Pan American Games in 2003 when I was a high performance athlete. I still trust him with making sure my body is working properly to this day! He’s treated me for shoulders, groin, hip flexors, and a few other things along the way. There’s a reason he’s treated 100’s of Olympians over his career - and still treats many of them today. I would highly recommend him and any of the other staff under his guidance at ProActive.
Greg and his team are truly elite practitioners. They take the time to understand your specific injury and tailor a treatment plan that gets you back to doing what you love. Their motto says it all: “Feel like 20 when you’re 40, and feel like 40 when you’re 80.” I can personally attest to this.
