I wish I can give this place 0 stars I’ve been waiting since January for my 18-month-old to start physical therapy, but this facility, Health Corp, kept blaming the insurance company, claiming the authorization was still “pending.” In reality, they were just too lazy to resubmit the paperwork, and instead of fixing their mistake, they canceled the whole process.
