I love my therapist but I have no words to describe how rude and incompetent the front office staff is. One example is I got an email Bill I paid it got a receipt and I checked my online banking it was there in 5 hours later I got another bill asking me to pay not to mention the one interaction I had with them they were terribly rude and incompetent no wonder there are so many one-star reviews

I really appreciate Dr. Lendvay and Dr. Rachman. My life is so much better and i have a better understanding of how to avoid depression.
