My customer experience with the ‘licensed’ owner of this shop Michael - who has used tires on marketplace. I inquired about a set of used tires and asked for the DOT date code to verify their age. The seller refused to provide it, claiming that DOT numbers are not a legal requirement in Canada and are just 'guidelines.' This is incorrect; under Transport Canada's Motor Vehicle Tire Safety Regulations, all tires must have a visible TIN/DOT code. I have been coming to Mike for years, he is a great mechanic but a better person. He gets the work done in a timely manner. He never pushes or forces to sell you anything, he let you know what you(car) might need in the foreseeable time. Pay him a visit, if he can't fix something, he will refer you to someone he trusts.
