I have had this company do my business and personal taxes since 2020, and I had a great experience every year. Until this last round of taxes… they filed an extension and my 2023 tax returns were done fall of 2024. However, they never sent me copies of either my business or personal tax returns. They emailed me saying instead of emailing them or mailing them to me like that had done for past years, they would upload them to their client portal.
