I was super excited to be able to go to the kiosk any time I needed more Proactiv. I live an hour away from this mall so I was very upset that when I opened the kit that was supposed to have 3 steps in it that it only had 2 and in the 3rd spot was stuffed with tissue paper. Whoever is in charge of filling this kiosk is purposfully ripping people off. Very disappointing.
