Catherine was the instructor for our CPR certification class, and she was more than amazing! Really great instructor, open to any and all questions that we had, As well as great demonstration and detail to the class. She really connected with us and also gave us a few laughs and joyous moments during the class.

I just graduated the morning EMT course here with Instructor Joseph Welch. The program is difficult and rigorous as you have to learn a lot of material in a short period of time, while also requiring a lot of time outside of the classroom to study and participate in ambulance clinicals. Just graduated Joseph Welch’s Morning EMT class. 10/10 instructor, he really does care about each and every student, as long as you are willing to put in the work! This entire experience has been incredibly valuable and I learned so much. If you are looking to a good EMT program, Joseph Welch is the perfect instructor! However, this class is not easy so you need to be prepared to spend at least 5 hours each week studying outside of class and going to tutoring whenever available!
