Having a great experience here, the physical therapist is both helpful & knowledgeable in his field. I also love the one-on-one interaction & gets right to the point of exactly what you need to be doing & makes sure you're doing everything correctly and safely. Very focused & actually cares about your recovery & presents you with all possible options for overcoming your injuries. Recommended to family & friends, excellent place!!

PROACT PT delivers exactly what its website claims. In my case the location and probable cause of my leg and back pain was investigated with many questions and hands-on probing. Then, always making sure each action did not cause pain, an incremental set of steps was followed. Again in my case, this started with specific stretches, tens unit stimulation with heat, deep muscle massage, and a progressing variety of specific physical exercises needed to build up my "core".
