Definitely do not recommend! My personal experience was back in April or so we had a big hail storm. I was put on a list for a quote. They called and let me know it would be 2 weeks before they would be out to quote. At the end of the 2 weeks they called and said the same thing. I told her they had already said that and was wondering if this would be the last 2 week waiting period. She didn’t know they had already called and told me we would be pushed towards the top and prioritized. They never came haha. It’s been like over... read more

It’s not often that I write a positive review, but today I want to acknowledge and send my sincere appreciation to David and Jackson from Pro4mance company. My father’s basement got flooded with sewer over the weekend and Pro4 mance crew was send today by MSD to do a clean up. The guys came on time and showed outmost respect for the property owner ( important for 80 years old man) , worked in timely and sufficient manner. Explained the situation along the way. Pro4Mance Fire and Restoration is top notch! Britt West and his crew did a wonderful job on my downstairs water damage. Not only is their work professional and well done, they communicated well, let me know every step taken, were respectful and friendly. I felt my home was safe with them. I highly recommend Pro4Mance Fire and Restoration!
