During a very stressful time with two episodes of water damage, Pro4mance Restoration came through with flying colors. Everyone I have dealt with so far, the nice lady who answers the phone, Allen (Restoration Manager), Matt and Chelsea, and Tim (Project Manager), have been fantastic! I called Pro4mance on a Sunday after discovering water damage in our home. To their credit, they responded quickly and had a crew at our house that afternoon. Unfortunately, that’s where the positive experience ended. When the crew arrived, they immediately wanted to start tearing apart our kitchen. After I explained that I wasn’t comfortable with that, we agreed to focus on drying the affected areas first.
