Was scheduled to have an estimate done today 3/19 between 10-12 on two bay windows and roof due to possible wind damage. State Farm recommended this company. I work 3rd shift, so having this scheduled at this time was a huge inconvenience for me, but it had to be done. They were a no call no show. This is very unprofessional. My time is just as important as theirs. I will definitely not be recommending this company to anyone. People forget word of mouth from previous customers speaks volumes.

I recently had a house fire. My insurance company subcontracted Pro4mance to access the damage, clean, and remove water and fire damaged structures from the home. The owners of the company are not professional nor knowledgeable. They use the cheapest materials and methods. They do not prioritize your home or your family's needs. I do not recommend this company.

Recently had a leak from a water pipe in my kitchen. It soaked the floor under my custom cabinets. I was so afraid the cabinets would have to be taken out. The guys came quickly to assess the damage and assured me they could dry it without moving my cabinets. They did! They cut a hole in the floor and hooked up a huge heater. In 2 days it was completely dry. They also treated for mold. Now my kitchen is good as new.

Pro4mance was wonderful A frustrating situation was made bearable, done in a timely manner and done well!!- Apryl & Roland are wonderful people to work with. I would recommend them to any of my friends.
