This company's reputation proceeds them; at least for my husband and I. We were baffled by their professionalism and understanding with scheduling hiccups on our end. It was a great experience! Would definitely use one of their multiple services again!
The first go-round was disappointing - the woman who came was at our house for six hours and barely cleaned (she definitely didn’t deep clean). BUT we said something and the owner then sent two people - Katie and Melissa - who spent four hours and left the house sparkling and smelling great, and didn’t charge us. Melissa and Katie were so attentive, kind, friendly and professional and the situation was remedied in the end, so that’s what counts. Had someone in my home for six hours that barely cleaned anything. She moved and rearranged things on our shelves to make it seem like she did something but she didn’t clean under them. Didn’t vacuum. Took everything out of fridge and rearranged it but spilled yeast on the inside and used a dirty rag to clean the shelves leaving them dirty and smudged. Didn’t clean any baseboards.
