I called then 3 times before 4 to ask if they could service my car and then said yes. I show up at 4 and the front desk lady was rude and said we only have 1 guy, I told her I called 3 times and she was rude and shrugged me off saying she still only had one guy. Had I not called before I wouldn't be upset but I called THREE times. Plus her attitude is totally unprofessional
