Extremely unreliable and unprofessional experience. I left my kitchen doors here for resurfacing and was told multiple times that I would receive a quote and a firm date. For almost two weeks I received no quote, no timeline, and no follow-up, despite calling many times. I found the team at Pro2pac to be very professional and even though my job was a relatively small domestic one, the proprietor George escorted us around the factory to show us how the work was done. On the day the contractor Rob took great care in sealing off the kitchen from the rest of the house and protecting the other benches, floors,walls etc. Very impressive. Rob was a font of knowledge about not only the processes, but also care and maintenance. I await the return of the drawers and doors being done at the factory.

Rob did an amazing job of repainting our kitchen island. The doors had to be removed and taken away for spray painting which he did within 24 hours and was finished within 2 days. We are blown away and absolutely love the result. He went over and above

Painted scratched kitchen bench and cupboard door panels. These guys did an awesome job. Matched the colour and repainted the panels that were 10 years old. Even arranged pickup of a long back panel that was over 3 metres long. Awesome job, communicated well and were great to deal with. Highly recommend.
