I don't know what is going on with this company. I ordered a cushion for my C-Pap machine in November. My fifth phone call was to them today. Still no cushion. And the one I was getting last year in November when I ordered can no longer be billed to my insurance because its a new billing year.
This the absolute sketchiest, unprofessional and dishonest company i ever dealt with. They are very dishonest about what they tell you and what they bill you. Not one person will return a call but are more than willing to transfer you to another representative that you cannot leave message for or resolve a problem. I told my doctor who referred me to them about the bad business practices and how they act. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy.
I am very pleased with this company. My sleep apnea score was extremely high, i waited for the original company recommended by the doctor for almost 3 weeks to get my machine. I kept being told they were busy and completed orders in the order received. I call Pro2 on a Monday afernoon after 2p.m. Called Doc office at 3pm. Had call from Pro2 at 9a.m. Tuesday to schedule to get machine and fitting!!!! Terrible company to deal with. Their billing department double billed me, and instead of sending me an itemized bill that I requested 5 times they turned the account over to a collection agency. Very shady business practices.
