My mother-in-law (age 66) who was visiting from India experienced severe mobility issue with her shoulder and legs. Deciding to do online personal training with pro10 rehabilitative massage & training has been such a gift. After talking to David on the phone, my daughter signed me up for virtual training with him. My goal was to gain strength and increase my balance since I started falling in my older age. My doctor recommended physical therapy but I preferred having 1 on 1 attention for a full hour with David as my personal trainer.
