I purchased a car from this dealer and have been facing numerous issues. The car's performance is poor, it's faulty, and it even came with a missing undertray. What's more disappointing is that it's been over 3 months, and the dealer still hasn't sorted out the missing part. Every time I call, they claim to be out of the country, making it impossible to get any assistance. Overall, my experience with this dealer has been extremely frustrating due to their lack of responsiveness and failure to address the issues promptly."

Good bunch of people, trustworthy, responsible. They have a good and quality stock. The owner, his Son, Manager are all jovial people and go out of the way to help. Have good after sales service and they sort out problems with care.
I purchased a vehicle from Pro Yen a few months ago and got to say they were very helpful and polite. Unfortunately the engine management light came on just as I got home. I contacted them the next day and spoke to Shaz who sent someone out to put it on the diagnostic to find out what the code was (even came out after hours when I'd finished work).
