Fantastic company. Very good communication. Fixes any maintenance issues very quickly. Will happily rent from again! Update-- at end of lease had 0 communication until the week i was leaving on if we were renewing lease. Ended up having to find another place because of lack of communication.
This has been going on since August 2025. A sewer line was broken by a company laying fiber optic line. ProX and said company are still arguing who is going to pay for it. It resulted in a major sewage spill into my house 3/4/26. 3/5/26 it’s backed up again and no one will call me. The maintenance line is AI and is worthless. It’s been leaking into the ground for 6 months.
Wonderful people to work with. Marcos and Katrina are very patient and kind. Sometimes technology and communication gets to be a challenge for me but they were patient and very helpful through it all. Highly recommend Pro X Property Management!
Worst place to ever rent from. They just took over ownership at my apartments and I've had nothing but problems since. They don't answer the phone EVER and only responded to my text after I said I'd hire a plumber myself and take it out the rent. My upstairs neighbors bath water and garbage disposal water comes through my sink yet I'm getting the run around when it's unsanitary. I've had water coming through my floor that they did fix but now it's black mold there. If slum lords had a picture pro X would be the face
