Katrina has been wonderful about addressing issues and staying on top of the properties.
Fantastic company. Very good communication. Fixes any maintenance issues very quickly. Will happily rent from again! Update-- at end of lease had 0 communication until the week i was leaving on if we were renewing lease. Ended up having to find another place because of lack of communication.
This has been going on since August 2025. A sewer line was broken by a company laying fiber optic line. ProX and said company are still arguing who is going to pay for it. It resulted in a major sewage spill into my house 3/4/26. 3/5/26 it’s backed up again and no one will call me. The maintenance line is AI and is worthless. It’s been leaking into the ground for 6 months.
