Called the after hours team due to a series of frozen pipes and faulty pressure system, Zach rang me to let me know it would be late before he could get to me (Other people in similar scenarios) and actually carefully and slowly talked me through exactly how to diagnose the issue. Without being on site he was able to accurately tell me how to repair the pressure switch and detect which of the frozen pipes was the main problem. Very professional and helpful. We had an unfortunate situation occur in our driveway and Pro Works was recommended to me by a coworker. Ryan was AMAZING! He was very easy to work with and made me feel less anxious about the situation. The company was very prompt and did a great job overall. I was even told by a different coworker how much of a nice and honest man the owner is. Would definitely use Pro Works in the future (I just hope we don't have to, lol)

Our AC went out while on a mini vacation with friends the day after the 4th of July. After speaking to someone on the phone he said he would do his best to get us someone. There was a knock on the door 20 minutes later and within the hour our AC was back up and running! Excellent service, thank you!!
