If I wasn’t in such a hurry to get my phone fixed I would’ve done my research before doing business. First of all I got the front & back of my screen fixed here… less than 24 hrs my flashlight stops working. I call & he was helpful, brought it in & the other guy fixed it with no problem. I was satisfied… BUTTTTT now my phone overheats badly & NEVER did that before getting it fixed here. Poor service and even worse customer service. I had my phone screen repaired on Friday, and by Monday morning the screen stopped working completely. When I returned, I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty because they claimed I had dropped the phone—which is not true. There wasn’t a single scratch or crack on the screen. Instead of standing behind their work, they blamed me for what appears to be a faulty repair or defective part. Very disappointing experience.

absolute worst customer service i have seen. the white guy was very nasty and rude… he fixed my screen and within two weeks it was worst off than it was when i came to get it fixed. i asked for a refund and he was very adamant about not giving me a refund. i’ve never seen that ever lol… i see he likes to comment back to negative review's but hung up on my face over the phone. moral of the story don’t get your phone fixed here.
