Great service and very reasonable price! They helped me change my phone battery and I’d definitely go again.
Poor service and even worse customer service. I had my phone screen repaired on Friday, and by Monday morning the screen stopped working completely. When I returned, I was told it wasn’t covered under warranty because they claimed I had dropped the phone—which is not true. There wasn’t a single scratch or crack on the screen. Instead of standing behind their work, they blamed me for what appears to be a faulty repair or defective part. Very disappointing experience.

absolute worst customer service i have seen. the white guy was very nasty and rude… he fixed my screen and within two weeks it was worst off than it was when i came to get it fixed. i asked for a refund and he was very adamant about not giving me a refund. i’ve never seen that ever lol… i see he likes to comment back to negative review's but hung up on my face over the phone. moral of the story don’t get your phone fixed here.
The technician /manager to the store is very very rude. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I Went and got my phone fixed and within two weeks my screen was doing all types of weird stuff. I called in to see about a refund that they mentioned to me and he said he could fix my phone again. I told him i did not need him to fix it again because of the job he did the first time.
