Great prices and good quality windows. Jesus is very knowledgeable about the window installation process.
I would not even give them 1 star but to rate them you have to give at least 1. I called for an estimate & was assured that a gentleman would call me to set up the appt. As usual in this area I received no call from this company. I'm glad now because it makes you realize just how they run their business. I have since called Lowe's & the gentleman came out for the estimate, quoted the job ( which is a pretty large job of windows & doors) & Pro Windows just lost $20,000.00 ! Job is going to Lowe's.
I have been shopping around to replace three sliding doors in our home. After calling several of the big names in town, I was referred to Pro Windows. After the initial phone call, Jesus, the contractor came out to my home to provide an estimate. He sat down with me, listened to our needs, asked thorough questions and then provided recommendations based on what we needed at the time.
