Phoned to get badly damaged windshield repaired, Receptionist very friendly, but inexperienced. I said need to be done quickly. She said fellow was out, would get back to me . I phoned 40 mins later as no call back. Best she could do was arrange callback "sometime today", vs I said needed to know at least in next hour. I gave up, phoned elsewhere and got immediate appoint ment to fix tomorrow.
