In the area, this shop stands out as the best tire shop, thanks to its very helpful employees. The front desk staff, particularly the ladies, are super friendly, and Gustavo's work on my alignment was impressive.
I’ve been coming to this place for over 6 years, and the previous staff were always friendly and respectful. Today I went in to buy a new tire, and the employee Gustavo assumed I didn’t speak Spanish and tried to overcharge me. Once I responded in Spanish, his attitude became rude and dismissive. Extremely disappointed—this experience ensured I won’t be returning. 👎🏻

First time visiting Pro Wheels Tires, and I was not disappointed. The service was excellent staff were friendly, professional, and attentive. They offer great deals, and I appreciate that they recycle tires at their new location on 16th Street in Cicero. I highly recommend Pro Wheels Tires and will definitely be returning.
