Do not book this service provider. When asked about clarification on what is included in the maintenance. They are offended. They said no other client has aksed them this. All they tell is maintenance includes visual inspection no actual work to be done. Also after booking them in their technician shows up and wanted to take their shoes inside our home. When asked to remove the shoes they are offended. Gave us false information on what we need is a pressure washer. To be installed. Wasted our 2 days and time. Message to the ... read more

I was looking to have a split system installed in my bedroom and called Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning company to help me out. Even though it was short notice, they came out, fixed it and now I'm their permanent customer.

I had an issue with my heating system so I called pro west Heating & air conditioning . I already used services from this company and was always satisfied with them. They were able to check this issue same day I called them. Stuff came to our house in short time and resolved issue easily, explained to me what he repaired and why this happened. Great company, very professional and trustworthy. I will use this service in future and I always recommend them!
