I called Pro West Heating & Air Conditioning on a Saturday night at about 9 pm, it was hot in our home and the kids were tired. A technician arrived promptly, diagnosed the problem, and fixed the problem on-site! No overtime charge, no weekend charge, just good friendly service.

We had gotten quotes for a new heating a/c unit from several companies. Spencer’s quote was right in line with what we had budgeted. I called them to have them just do a check on my heating and cooling systems after buying a new home. Dave was informative, prompt, and professional! Thankfully I had nonissue but he made sure I was set for winter and good for the remainder of the summer!
They always come out quickly and can diagnose whatever the problem is. My gas furnace system is older but not ancient. With proper maintenance, it should run for another ten years a least.
