The Pro West Solar Team was FANTASTIC!! The team was very patient with me and answered all my questions, in a timely manner. (never had to wait long ever). They all were personable. Install team worked efficient very neat and tidy . The Pro West Solar Team deserves all 5 starts. I would defiantly recommend them.
David explained how they work, the Solar Club, carbon credits, the EMA app and all facets and benefits of switching to solar. He presented us with a very competitive price for our solar panels. David was transparent about the timeframe and the entire process followed his explanation very closely. Ben was our installer and was great to work with. He and his team kept us informed every step of the way and finished the project as promised. Our system was recently put online and David followed up with a telephone call to ensure ... read more
Professional, courteous people, company. I recommend without reservation. Sherwood Park install. Dave M. - quality sales. I can see the solar energy coming in on the app. I've recommended the company on several occasions already.
Dealing with Pro West Solar did an excellent job. From the personnel in the office to the installation crew, they all did an excellent job. I looked at other installations in my area and the job Pro West did was much cleaner. From the mounting beams trimmed even with the panels to all the connections points hidden under the panel, the final product was excellent. They also installed a sub panel in my garage, which also turned out excellent. I would recommend Pro West to anyone looking for solar panel installation.
The crew did all the electrical work for my hot tub. They ran into a small challenge but worked through it real time and delivered a great final product at a reasonable price. Thanks Josh and crew.
