We had prowest install our electrical for our hot tub, from the beginning to the end they were excellent to deal with. The install team did a fantastic job, did great work and cleaned up after themselves. I am very impressed with their entire team and highly recommend for any electrical work.

I decided to go with Prowest Solar for our solar system after carefully reviewing several other installers. Their pricing was very competitive, and the package included a rodent guard and a 25-year extended microinverter warranty at no extra cost—hard to argue against that. Decided to go with Pro West for my solar installation after getting quotes and speaking with 3 other major solar installers in the city. Very helpful and responsive throughout, and the sales guy spent a lot of time doing back and forth with me on options. They also had a very competitive price (which included black panels and rodent guard), so hard to argue against that. After spending thousands of dollars with Pro West Solar Systems, my panels still don’t produce the energy promised. An independent electrician later confirmed the installation was done incorrectly. When I contacted them about fixing it, they wanted to charge me extra. Absolutely unacceptable.
