My wife and I had a Great experience with their costumer service. Kudos to EJ for helping us walk through on how to start our solar system he even offered us a help in the future if we have any concerns about solar system. He is a great ambassador of Polaron Solar.

We have had Pro West perform a variety of jobs for us - solar panels, light fixtures, etc. - and have appreciated their knowledge, approachability, friendliness, and quality of work. Recently we had to get two fixtures replaced and Mitchell not only replaced the two broken fixtures, but took time to quickly look at the other similar fixtures to ensure they were 'sealed'/protected from the elements. Appreciated it!
The Pro West Solar Team were great. The installation team were very professional, they were great at communicating with us throughout the process. You can tell they take great pride in their work.
I’m very satisfied with Pro West on the installation of a home EV charger. They attended my request very quickly, presented the different approaches and discussed the pros and cons of each one with me. The installer came on time and did a very professional work for about 4 hours until finished upon technical satisfaction. I tested it and worked just fine. The city's inspector came a few days later and approved the installation. I highly recommend this company for its accuracy, efficiency and kindness
