The service was amazing! Wayne and Crystal were incredibly detailed with my consultation. As a customer, I felt like they understood my want and provided their expertise in my best interest. I can’t say enough good things about this staff. I will 100% be back for my next appointment. Thank you so much!!
It was good for a few years but recently the service is terrible. I had my hair bleached and colour with pink highlights, the hairdresser didn't even put anything to protect my forehead and I came home, 2 days after still with terrible pink all along my forehead. Apparently the hairdresser was so busy that he didn't even have time for lunch. They have been short staff for a long time. I will never return. The past few experiences hasn't been good.
