First time here, everyone was great :) The hair wash/massage was so nice, and then I had Jayden cut and style my hair. And he knows hair. It was wonderful. Thank you very much.
If I could give Crystal 6 stars, I would—she is a wizard. Walked in looking like a sad broom and homeless. Walked out looking like I might actually have my life together. Crystal didn’t just cut my hair—she performed a small miracle with scissors and clippers. She listened to what I wanted, made suggestions that didn’t scare me, and somehow I don’t look that repulsive. I don’t even know how that’s possible but I’m not questioning it. The conversation? The service was amazing! Wayne and Crystal were incredibly detailed with my consultation. As a customer, I felt like they understood my want and provided their expertise in my best interest. It was good for a few years but recently the service is terrible. I had my hair bleached and colour with pink highlights, the hairdresser didn't even put anything to protect my forehead and I came home, 2 days after still with terrible pink all along my forehead. Apparently the hairdresser was so busy that he didn't even have time for lunch. They have been short staff for a long time. I will never return. The past few experiences hasn't been good.
