My experience with Pro Water Solutions was great! Although we did not end up moving forward with an installation due to changes in my needs, I am very pleased with the experience! Brad was friendly, helpful, and a pleasure to work with. Crystal was very prompt with emails and very helpful. I never felt pushed and I felt they had my best interest at heart. I highly recommend this firm and if I ever decide to move forward with a system I will be sure to call Pro Water Solutions!
I called looking for an o-ring for our water filter system and left a message with Brad, he got back to me soon after and was sure he could help me. I had already looked at Home Depot and True Value but neither had one. I didn't get it from Brad only because it was Friday evening so they were closed and trying get our water back on. Even though we weren't one of their regular contractors, they were extremely helpful giving us samples and information.
My experience with Pro Water Solutions was exceptional. Brad was able to come to our property and give us an evaluation for a new water softener install. He was able to work with me to right size the solution to fit our family’s needs and offer competitive pricing. The founder Brad took the time to clearly lay out the options for water softening and reverse osmosis system at our home, explain the benefits, address our questions, and make compelling recommendations. He left a very positive impression that led to our decision to go with Pro Water for our needs.
