Well, it’s bound to happen – at some point, your water heater will develop a leak. Luckily for us, it was a small one. I called Pro Water Heating Repair, and was able to set up an appointment for the next day. Our technician called to let us know that he’d be arriving soon. He was very personable, professional, and had our new 50 gallon water heater installed in well under 2 hours. He clearly takes pride in his work! The earthquake straps, supply lines, overflow pipe, and all the other details were VERY professionally done. ... read more

Absolutely wonderful to work with - opening a commercial space has been a learning experience and Kalen was incredibly adaptable to our ever changing needs & he worked quickly to help us meet our deadlines. Should we need a plumber again, whether in this space our our homes - he will be our first call.

I called because of a sewer gas smell in bathroom sinks. We tried everything to get rid of smell including taking apart pipes and cleaning. No one else knew what to do. Once I explained to him he said he had encountered this before and a simple solution could take care of the bacterial bloom. Told me the product to purchase and hopefully the smell will be gone soon. Thank you.

After 15 years of good operation, we had Pro Water Heating Repair replace the water heater that they had originally installed. They did such a good job then (adding earthquake bracing, etc.), we decided to have them back. A good decision. They did a meticulous job installing the new heater, which included modification of the earthquake bracing and the addition of a gas line sediment trap. I hope to be around for the next replacement by Pro Water Heating Repair.
