Paid good money for yard renovation (hydroseeding sub contracted to pro-turf) and ended up with a yard full of weeds. I expected grass, not a weed patch.

I noticed that a patch of my lawn was burnt out so I decided to watch the sprinkler heads one morning to see if they were covering the area. I noticed that one head wasn't rotating at all. I called Pro-Turf to see if they had any suggestions as to how to get it rotating. Chris pointed me in the direction of a few videos but also suggested I try stepping on the head with my heel while it is running and pushing it back into the ground for 5 seconds. The hydro seeded my property. Wish they hadn't. Probably 80% weeds, patchy.

Their staff consistently cannot tell the difference between plants that were planted and weeds. Multiple times their staff have come to our property and cut down plants we have planted. They've also wrecked multiple bushnets and damaged other items on our property with their careless actions. We saw on our trail cam one of their workers getting off a lawn mower and relieving themselves in our yard next to our shed.
