Untrustworthy. Took a van in for some work a while back. Wanted about $1,200 for tie rod replacements. One of the techs said they were "bent" and it was "dangerous" to continue driving on them. Did the work myself a full year later. They were worn but not bent at all. The shop tried to overcharge and lie about the urgency.
