" I've been doing this for 10 years" AFTER he tears out our recently placed fence without even asking. Then he gets mad at us stating verbatim ( with witnesses hearing him on the phone ) "Are you as arrogant as your wife?" Sorry to hurt your feelings but You need to know the distinction between "common property" and "Limited common property" which he was maintaining and just felt entitled to remove our fence. John & his team were the 2nd tree cutting company we hired and we are so grateful to their quick and efficient service. We had a cherry tree fall last fall. The 1st company we hired basically started the job and left things halfway. John came with his truck disposed of the tree and then came back in a few days to handle the the trunk and root. The price he quoted us too was very fair and worth the time and work involved.
