I went to Protravel to book my vacation/wedding at Sandals. My purpose for getting a travel agent was so there would be no mistakes in my trip. I would have saved money and been alot better off if i had planned the trip myself. I was lied to about several things by my travel agent. I incurred charges and a late fee because my agent didnt even book my wedding! So if you are planning a vacation i recommend you plan it yourself rather than waste your money at this place!!!
HORRIBLE! My experience with these yahoos was HORRIBLE! Nothing was as they said it would be. Our vacation was seriously dampered because of this agency. I highly do not recommend this agency. Then when I got back and tried to talk to them about my problem, they didnt care, they said it wasnt their problem. Customer service? Not at Pro Travel!
