We had a problematic tenant that we suspect was self treating for cockroaches, Protrap was able to identify the problem and quickly stop the problem of a unit in a building from spreading and within 2 months completely stop the issue! Great job!
I have their bait traps around my house and buildings and it has reduced the mice. Why not use them to reduce the spiders. Their Great People and do a GREAT JOB.
I hired this company in August 2023 to remove the bats in the attic and stop any other bats from coming in. I had the same problem in 2024, they place what they said was a one way valve where the bat can go out but they cannot come back in. Now in 2025, this problem persist. I am giving this company 1 star because they did not complete the job that they indicated they would do on the written contract that they provided and at this point they are refusing to honour their 5 year warranty .
