I have been a Protrap customer for a number of years and have always been impressed by their knowledgable staff, customer service and ability to get the job done. Thanks to Richard and Kurt for being so thorough and to Hudson for being so great at handling my calls. They are a five star team.
Customer from July 2023. Had pro trap come out to “bat proof” the house. Charged us $3000 for 2 days of labour. Only worked on the house for about 2 hours. Only poked their head into the attic didn’t actually go in.. showed me pictures of the bats entering the home and still did not take care of the issue. Have still had bats entering the house ever since. Now my husband needs to inspect the entire exterior himself and do it right. Would not recommend. So tired of the bats.
