They were fast and quick with my vehicle which needed a full rebuilt transmission I really liked the service and the car has been driving Fine and excellent! But I want to understand it wasn't done right I was moving my car just not out if my driveway and discovered a oil spot from what I thought upon further investigation my transmission is leaking trans fluid I have no clue how long this has been but it can't can't be brand new
Michael is the most honest, trustworthy mechanic we have ever used. We have now been using ProTransmission for almost 10 years and have always received top notch work at reasonable prices. They have done everything from an oil change to new motor install to replaced transmission on several different vehicles throughout the years!!!!
Wanted me pay for something that one of the mechanics broke. Was mad disrespectful. No communication, pricing is good but you will get what ever for what ever you paying for.
I brought my Nissan here bout 4 years ago, had my transmission replaced. All the reviews speaking negatively is a bit confusing to me bc it’s the only place that worked with me not against me. Kept me posted on the process and when it was done. I don’t wanna jinx myself bc my lucks never been the best, but I can’t thhank this shop enough , 10/10 highly recommend.
I called due to my 2004 f-150 not turning over, and the shifter cable needing replaced. They towed my truck over, and took about a week and a half for repairs. No one could tell us exactly what was done when we picked it up. It turned on fine, got it home, parked, 30 min later we got ready to leave and it wouldn’t turn on again.
