Lies and unkept promises. They had my car for three weeks --- far longer than they said they would need. They did not do the work they said they would do, then tried to overcharge me for what they did. When I did not allow them to overcharge me for their slow, poor work, the owner became vicious and threatening.
I read the previous review and was surprised by the venom expressed by the "ex-employee". Sounds like someone who got fired or has a personal ax to grind with the owner. Anyhow, our experience has been great. We have had work done on each of our four cars with no complaints. We even took in our daughters new-to-her POS for a checkup and got the all clear-free of charge. A tech even fixed a brake light at no cost-it was a small wiring issue he said.
