Wouldn't let these guys build ikea furniture, my factory rear diff got 330,000km before it let go. I paid the shop to rebuild my diff and only got 2 weeks before it went again, they rebuilt it again and charged me again. Now 35,000km later it’s broken again. Save yourself the headache call Pats driveline.
I had both the transmission and transfer case in my vehicle rebuilt by Protrac in 2023. The rebuilt transmission failed after approximately 28,000 km, and the rebuilt transfer case failed after approximately 40,000 km. These are extremely low service intervals for properly rebuilt components. I informed the shop of the failures, but no inspection, repair, or support was offered. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this shop.
These guys got my truck in quick, did excellent work, and got it back to me the same day for a differential re-bearing job. Can't recommend Pro Trac enough! Thanks again!
