A+++ Operation... Went well above and beyond the scope of their responsibilities when providing assistance after an incident while passing thru Columbia, SC.. Buddy was a true God Send when contacting him for assistance (well after they were closed for the Day)... I Highly Recommend this Company for any/all of the services they provide..
Long story short I allowed someone to drive my van that I shouldn't have and it resulted in my van being towed. Not only was it being towed but it was being towed at 8 pm on a Saturday night. Once I was notified that it had been towed and where I could find it it was almost 9. I called immediately spoke with Michael (Mike) told him the situation and explained that I desperately needed to get my van back that night vs in the morning. This company and team went above and beyond to help me in a very desperate time. They always answered my calls and showed top notch professionalism. I recommend this company to everyone and I don’t write reviews but they are worth it!
Getting a vehicle is never a pleasant experience however Buddy the owner, was so genuinely kind and accommodating. I would definitely vouch for this company. The prices are very affordable too. He just earned a new customer.
