Getting a vehicle is never a pleasant experience however Buddy the owner, was so genuinely kind and accommodating. I would definitely vouch for this company. The prices are very affordable too. He just earned a new customer.
I’ve never had to deal with a tow before. So this being my first experience was extremely nerve wracking. On top of it I had my kids with me. My youngest being 5 months old. Luckily a friend was in the area and saw me broke down and was kind enough to take my older boys home while I stayed with the car and baby. Have been intending to leave this review for a while :) Everyone at the company did an awesome job. Needed new signs for my shop, they were on it. From the original phone call to the office, the artwork on the signs and the installation. Super professional, quick turn around and very easy to deal with.
Michael Smith is just the best! He is punctual, informative, compassionate and respectful. His care for your vehicle to ensure that it gets where you need it to safely and timely, in my opinion is top tier service. Michael has towed not only for me but my family as well and we all agree that Michael is one that can be depended on without worry.
