They’re extremely dishonest. The driver did everything as slowly as possible and was sitting around playing on his phone. When I asked about the charges, he explained that they charge for the time it takes to get from their shop, move the vehicle and get back to their shop, which is fair. I checked that time and it takes about 45 minutes; I was charged for two hours and it does not take an hour and fifteen minutes to load and unload a van from a trailer. It was obvious he was wasting time to charge more.

I scheduled a tow of my travel trailer with them a few days out because my tow vehicle had been rear ended and I was having it fixed. Their service was a referral from a friend. I received good customer service so I figured everything was going to be great until they get your money!
