It dont matter how good the parts are, when Dave the owner is absolutely rude and throws temper tantrums like a child. Ive spent thousands at this place and I absolutely would not spend a penny with them agian. Dave is absolutely disrespectful, shocked the place has lasted as long as it has with him running the Circus. How you talk to people makes a big difference in your business, he's to arrogant to understand evidently. 👎
Sent PTFB and a few other manufacturers the same question - what makes your subframe the best? Got a multitude of answers, but Dave's stands out the most. First he attacked another manufacturer. Then he sent several emails, requesting, then demanding that I respond to him. Continues to send harassing emails afterwards, accusing me of working for the competition, demanding a check if I work for a competitor, etc. This is several weeks later - he's still sending emails.
