Considerate, and respectful. There was a funeral precession heading up 52 hill. The driver of the Pro Touch Painting van, remained at the respectful distance. I saw everything from 52, and Duncan road, all the way up the hill. Right on!! Way to be considerate of the family. And making sure others behind you, did too!
Jesse was personable during the initial contact, but things went downhill after the work started. They didn’t keep appointments. There was no communication. Workers showed up randomly without calling first. Very unprofessional. Their work was sub-par at best, and they didn’t finish the job. They were supposed to put weather stripping around an outside door, and when I asked Jesse if they were coming back to do it, he suggested we do it ourselves. I would not recommend this company.
The owner Jessie is always a pleasure to deal with his prices are fair and the work is good
Pro Touch is the best in town for both residential and commercial jobs. Great service!
