I booked my hydra facial and mentioned the promotion that I received via text. The hydra facial is $200 plus the add on which is $40 dollars. The promotion was 30% off a treatment by the end of January. It was also extended to February as well. But I was charged $179 which is not 30% off. I should have been charged $168. The add on that I booked was the murad one but instead we went with the calming add on. On the website it’s an extra$40 unless you do an eye and lip treatment add on. Which we did not do.
