Carwash is always clean & supplied with towels.
I wish zero stars was an option... Came in with a question and received mansplaining instead.
We rented a jetski for 2 days while we were in Moses Lake. Everyone at Pro Touch was awesome. Prior to leaving Pro Touch, one of their employees and yourself will video or take pictures of any preexisting marks or issues. You also mark on their form where you find any marks. Upon returning the jetski, that inspection went pretty fast and I got my damage deposit back. I would rent from this place again. Thanks for a seamless process.
Like other ppl I was nervous to rent from them cus the reviews but my experience was ok I reserved online and it didn’t say you could do a cash deposit witch I recommend doing cus they said I would get my deposit back “right away” but after I called the day after my rental they said it would be there on Wednesday and when it wasn’t in my account Thursday morning I had to file a claim with my bank but they didn’t fight my bank on it so it’s all good and it also didn’t say anything about having to pay for fuel for a jet ski it... read more
