After reading some of these reviews I was very nervous about renting from here. However, it was Labor Day weekend and my jet ski was having issues, so my husband insisted on getting a pontoon boat for the day. I have to say the staff was great! Andre explained everything so we knew exactly what to expect. He was very professional and understanding with my concerns.He was also responsive and ready when we were for pickup and delivery. Rented a boat yesterday for 4 hours. Staff was incredibly friendly. We also Rented a tube had a blast!!!! No complaints!!!!
I rented a jet ski from them and we had a very small scratch. I'm totally fine paying for the scratch. However, they charged us $500!!! Read their other reviews. This place will get you if you rent from them.
