I have used their self-serve carwash regularly for years. I can usually get my car clean and waxed for $4.50-$5.50. This weekend the meter would not turn off despite all my efforts and my card was ultimately charged $19.82. I called the service number on the meter and was sent to voicemail. Four days later still no call back or resolution. They'll never see me again and if you insist on using them, use coins and don't deposit more than you want to lose.!!!
Made an appointment over a month ago to get our boat fixed. Told them what kind of boat we had and what was wrong. They said they can fix it. Brung it in yesterday only to find out they didn’t work on our kind of boat however they changed the oil for 400.00. Ridiculous! Picked up boat up this morning unfixed, brought it home only to find out it’s not even put back together. Also ridiculous! Would not recommend taking your boat here!
