I wish I could give a zero star. Warranty manager Andre scheduled my appointment for 9am. 9:30am no call no show. I call Andre he says no one can show up today can we reschedule. Rescheduled for 9am next day. 10am NO CALL NO SHOW AGAIN!!! Called pro tops and again we can’t be there until maybe later today. This place is a joke! The worse service I’ve ever experienced! Avoid this company at all cost!!! True home should stop using pro tops!
